OUR MISSION:

There comes a moment in everyone’s life where they know they were born to serve someone else - that something from their past experience put them in that moment to help that individual live a better life.

For the founders of Changing Lives Financial, Josh Lewis and Jeff J. Cunningham - that moment came when these two brothers were ages 12 and 13 respectively.

Back in 1999, their mother fought a hard battle of breast cancer and lost. She was not adequately insured and left the family with a substantial amount of bills to pay.

Then two years later, in 2001, the world and economy was shocked when the tragic events of September 11th fell upon America. This caused further turmoil for the brothers family as this eventually eradicated all sources of income for their family.

These two brothers learned very quickly that without firm a firm financial education and foundation - families can be ripped apart emotionally as they struggle to survive.

Josh and Jeff went their separate ways as they grew up. Jeff began his entrepreneurial journey, as he began investing into real estate, software and helped build sales in a local window company.

Josh worked his way from entry employee to Managing Partner and took a company ranked 946 out of 946 to the top 100 in less than two years.

Then, one moment changed the brothers lives. Their older brother Jason, died suddenly in the middle of the night and upon waking, Jeff and Josh found him and tried to bring him back to life.

But it was too late.

Tragedy befalls us all, but what meaning do we create out of it?

Josh chose to take the lessons he learned from building another company and start his own to serve those who needed a better understanding of Finances. Partnered with a mission to serve and help others, Jeff and Josh shared the same vision and mission of helping others become financially educated on a mission to become financially free.

And then, Changing Lives Financial was born.
